Ladies of The Bean Unite!!

Bean

I am SO happy to have finally met Mary, the original owner of The Bean Cafe! We just met, but my life would be so drastically different if it weren’t for her. I am forever grateful to her and her mom, Debbie for starting something wonderful; and allowing me to carry it on in my own way.

A Dream Come True

Kaleigh Jones, Owner at The Bean of Mesilla

It has always been my dream to run my own kitchen and have an endless supply of coffee. When the opportunity came around to buy the Bean, the timing seemed perfect. I had been out of culinary school for a few years and working in fine dining in Phoenix was getting old.

The Bean is someplace I can and have been making my own with the goal of sharing its charm. My focus is on the community and building lasting and meaningful relationships.

Although this has been quite the learning experience, I am forever grateful to those people who have been by my side throughout this adventure. I am blessed with a family that wants nothing but the best for me, and I would not be here without them

The Bean is our home. Our goal is to make it your home away from home.
